Essential storage
Authentication and temporary demonstration cookies, including bmg_session, bmg_demo and bmg_agency when applicable, keep you signed in or support a requested workflow. Browser storage remembers privacy preferences and necessary setup state. Session and demonstration lifetimes depend on the workflow; clearing them may sign you out. A random consent identifier and dated choice receipt record your preference. These functions are used for security, service delivery and honoring your choice.
Analytics is optional
Analytics stays off unless you allow it. WeWed’s public website measurement records page paths, broad referral source, device category, visible-page time, scroll depth and signup milestones. It does not record form contents, passwords, payment details or session videos. The reporting window is 90 days, with older measurement records removed during collection and reporting. These measurements cover consenting visits, not every visitor or proven business outcome.
Advertising is optional
When configured and allowed, Google and Meta tags measure visits, campaign interactions and conversion events and support relevant advertising. Those providers may use cookies or identifiers to associate activity with their networks. Tags are not loaded until advertising permission is granted. Advertising account authorization and cookie permission are separate. We do not send arbitrary URL queries or client form contents as page-view data.
Choose, withdraw or opt out
The banner offers Essential only, Customize and Accept optional choices. Analytics and advertising are independent choices and are off by default. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change them at any time. Global Privacy Control disables advertising even if a stored preference previously allowed it. A materially updated cookie policy asks for a new choice; saved choices expire after 180 days. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent core account access. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not erase data already lawfully processed. Use the privacy request form for deletion requests.
Third-party booking, checkout and connected services
Google Calendar appointment embeds and links are used to schedule a requested consultation with Melanie West. Google receives the connection and booking information needed for that service and applies its own privacy policy and storage controls. Stripe checkout, connected CRM services, social platforms and other external providers apply their own notices. Our cookie choice does not change your preferences on their separate websites.
