Terms & conditions
Policy version: October 31, 2026
Updated October 31, 2026. These policies cover WeWed.io and Bridal Marketing Group. Milc Media LLC operates both services under the Bridal Marketing Group brand. Contact jakki@bridalmarketinggroup.com or 1-800-497-2186.
Who may use the service
These terms apply to the public websites, WeWed software and BMG services for wedding and event professionals. You must be at least 18, authorized to act for your business, and provide accurate information. Account acceptance records the terms version and time. Creating an account alone is not a payment authorization, marketing opt-in or permission for optional tracking.
Current plans and free preview
Software-Managed Marketing is $59 USD per month and includes the WeWed Marketing & CRM software and technical support. Human-Managed Marketing is $249 USD per month and adds BMG strategy, setup, execution, human oversight, results review and monthly strategy meetings. Both plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Human-Managed Marketing has no free trial.
The $59 package has an optional 14-day private preview. It can create drafts of posts, ads and other included marketing for you to review. Posts and ads cannot publish or run during the preview; outgoing marketing and paid delivery require paid service and the relevant permissions and approvals. The preview does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must explicitly choose to end the preview and start paid service. Review any payment-method verification disclosure before authorizing it; a verification is not a subscription purchase.
What is included and who does the work
The connected workflow includes 28 days of social content each month, a weekly SEO blog article, a branded landing page or lead generator, email funnel creation and follow-up, Google and Meta advertising tools, and client and event management. Current package pages describe the scope. Human strategy, ongoing marketing management and monthly strategy meetings are included only in Human-Managed Marketing. Technical support is available with both plans. One business and brand per subscription unless separately agreed.
Preview, approval and connected accounts
You supply accurate business information, authorized brand assets, provider connections and approvals. Review photos, captions, dates, offers, audiences and budgets before authorizing publication or launch. Connecting an account is separate from approving content, a budget or a particular action. Provider reviews, access restrictions, outages, missing assets and insufficient funding can affect delivery. A draft or saved campaign is not evidence of live delivery. Demonstrations contain illustrative records and do not send messages, publish or charge cards.
Content ownership and permitted processing
You retain rights in materials you supply. You permit BMG to store, process, display and use those materials as necessary to deliver requested software, approved marketing, support and managed services. Confirm licenses and permissions for photographs, logos, music, testimonials and client content. Authorized staff may access records needed for service and support under role controls. This does not authorize unrelated use of private client data or event photographs in BMG’s own advertising. Review the Privacy Policy and Data Processing notice for provider access.
Lead capture, follow-up and client records
Lead forms create records in the relevant subscriber workspace and may enroll a recipient in that subscriber’s approved email funnel when the required permission is recorded. Imported leads and forwarded emails do not establish consent by themselves. Stop promotional follow-up when a recipient opts out, declines, books or otherwise asks to stop under the configured rules. Use accurate sender details, a valid postal address and functioning unsubscribe. Subscriber client records are not BMG’s promotional mailing list.
Software outputs and decisions
Third-party software, including OpenAI, supports drafting and assistance. Outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Verify facts, prices, legal commitments, client details and image rights. Human oversight supports the agreed service and does not remove your responsibility for your business’s final approvals. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, unnecessary government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive data in client records or prompts.
Results, service availability and liability
We do not offer a ranking or performance guarantee. Search placement, answer-engine recommendations, leads, bookings, revenue and advertising returns depend on factors outside our control. Services depend on third-party systems and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unverified output, unauthorized submissions or provider outages. Nothing excludes duties, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Renewal, fees and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are charged at signup and renew monthly at the disclosed price until canceled. The checkout shows the price, applicable taxes and payment authorization before purchase. Ad spend, external CRM subscriptions, payment-provider fees and separately approved services are additional. Connecting an advertising account does not approve a media budget. The 90-day marketing plan is a roadmap, not a minimum subscription commitment.
Cancel before your next renewal through billing settings or ask support to assist. Keep the payment provider’s cancellation confirmation and effective date. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current paid period, subject to misuse and security restrictions in the terms. Request export before access ends and separately request deletion when needed. Canceling a subscription is not the same as confirming that a third-party advertising campaign has stopped: review its provider status or ask support to verify.
Refunds, billing errors and existing agreements
Contact support promptly about a billing error, duplicate charge or refund request. Cancellation by itself does not promise a prorated refund; any approved refund and timing are confirmed through the payment provider. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Existing executed agreements retain their agreed price, term, scope, rights and remedies unless changed with the customer.
Ending access and policy changes
We may restrict misuse or insecure activity and explain the reason where appropriate. Retention after cancellation follows the Privacy Policy and lawful billing, security, consent and suppression needs. Material changes are identified before renewed acceptance is required. Existing agreements are not silently rewritten. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable rights.
Read the package terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, email requirements and Data Processing notice together with these terms.
Authorized imports, forwarding and automation
You may connect only accounts and import or forward only information you have the right to provide to Milc Media LLC, operator of Bridal Marketing Group and WeWed.io. You represent that your intended collection, disclosure, storage, synchronization and follow-up comply with applicable law, privacy notices, contracts and the source provider's rules. Receiving a lead, owning a mailbox or possessing an access key does not itself authorize disclosure to another service or enrollment in marketing. Obtain any required written permission from the source provider before importing restricted leads. A general-purpose connection, email forwarding, a generic label or acceptance of these terms does not override another provider's restrictions. Do not scrape, bypass restrictions, share passwords or misrepresent an affiliation. No third-party endorsement or official integration is implied.
You authorize processing of permitted data to operate your workspace and the specific automation you configure. You choose the source, destination, field mapping, recipients and enabled actions. A connection key is not consent from a client. Keep source and recipient permission records and provide them on reasonable request. Stop transfers when permission expires or is withdrawn. We may suspend a connection reasonably believed to violate these terms, privacy rights, security requirements or a provider's rules.
Email follow-ups and client records
Only enroll recipients who have given the permission required by our sending rules and applicable law for the relevant messages. A request about one subscriber's service does not authorize unrelated Bridal Marketing Group, WeWed or another subscriber's marketing. Marketing must identify the sender, use accurate headers and subjects, include a valid postal address and working opt-out, and respect suppression records and applicable deadlines. SMS and automated calls require their own applicable permissions. Booking an event does not create new marketing consent. Review imported names, contact details, event dates, prices and duplicates before relying on them.
Data accuracy, access and service risks
Imports, parsing, email delivery and third-party synchronizations can fail, be delayed, duplicate records or map fields incorrectly. We do not warrant that every transfer, message or record will be accurate, complete, recoverable or available without interruption. Test connections, monitor receipts and errors, reconcile important changes, maintain independent copies of critical records and use available export tools. Keep credentials private; promptly disconnect compromised connections and report suspected unauthorized access to jakki@bridalmarketinggroup.com. Do not send access tokens, passwords or unnecessary sensitive data in support requests. Disconnecting stops future use of that connection but does not recall messages or erase copies held by another provider; deletion requests follow our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILC MEDIA LLC, BRIDAL MARKETING GROUP AND WEWED.IO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BOOKINGS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, IMPORT ERRORS, MISDELIVERY OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES. TO THE SAME EXTENT, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF A PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These limitations do not exclude or limit fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or non-waivable privacy, security, breach-notification or consumer rights and obligations. We remain responsible for duties imposed on us by applicable law. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly provides different protections or remedies. These terms do not promise that a court will enforce every limitation.
Claims arising from subscriber misuse
To the extent permitted by law, business subscribers will defend and indemnify Milc Media LLC against third-party claims, reasonable legal costs and damages arising from the subscriber's unlawful data submissions, lack of required permissions, breach of source-provider terms, unauthorized messaging or misuse of connection credentials. This does not cover claims to the extent caused by our breach of these terms, negligence or unlawful conduct. We will provide prompt notice and reasonable cooperation, allow control of the defense by qualified counsel, and require our written consent for a settlement that admits fault or imposes obligations on us.
Changes and acceptance
These integration and data-risk terms are effective October 26, 2026 for new acceptance. New connections and forwarding configurations require a separate recorded acknowledgement. Posting this update does not retroactively change an existing subscriber's agreement; material changes are subject to notice and any renewed acceptance required by law or the existing agreement. Continued possession of an older key is not proof of acceptance.
